4x4 topic/crew pt II

Anyone know of any other OZ 4wd sites/forums places to pick up cheap rigs parts etc.? Kind of hard to sus out compared to car's

 

 

What type of car?

trucks 2 inch lift for his 4runner was 150 :S why is that more expensive?

There are cheaper kits about these ones are more complete (extended rag joint for steering which most don't have) and better quality with the bolts and crap

trucks 2 inch lift for his 4runner was 150 confused.gif why is that more expensive?

 

 

mine was ment to be 220ish but it was from a discontinued brand/company so he knocked it down to 150 also becuase he overheard me talking about getting one off ebay for 150 whistle.gif

was working down there yesterday and noted it. we took the truck down a track to the left of the pic to work at a pole and a cop on a quad came up and asked us what we were doing

there was a sound of trail bikes down in the valley somewhere around there, so no doubt who they were lookin for

 

tbh, the council(s) need to get their head OUT of their arses and open it up a-la morgan IMO

Don't be stupid why would councils make all the tracks we use legal when they can just fine people when they want for extra cash...

Went out and found 3 of those signs...i think they need a 15 or 16mm socket though, my 14 that i had up to wouldn't fit :(

Do you all think it would be good to have a 2WD low gearing?

 

I reckon it could probably be useful for an open front car when your lifting front wheels but your rears are firmly planted. It would stop you loosing all momentum to the wheel spinning freely in the air.

stalking me again brad :lol:

 

- half the stickers started coming off when i washed the car last weekend :lol:

- snorkel is good, will be better once i put my air filter back in haha

- numberplates - i told DTEI to f**k themselves when they wanted $255 to renew them for another year
