Please help steering lock issues

Help me please๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

I have too much lock

Here is the scenario I have a 180sx, standard lca, offset castor arm, standard tie rod and ends with gktech off set extender (gives more lock and lengthens the stroke of steering rack), s15 hub, modified drift knuckle gives more lock)


So when when checking it out I turned the steering wheel as far as it can go and the tyre hit the castor arm, I then took the arm off and the tyre hit the sway bar, I then removed the sway bar hoping to find out just where it would stop and the tyre hit the chassis!


Wondering if this has happened to anyone b4 and how I would over come this problem?


Do I need s15 lcas? Wheel spacers? Or weld in some full lock stops/adjustment somewhere?


Would like to retain the amount of lock I have either the offset castor arm but not sure if I can.
